About the Shop
Schwartz Building Co. has built dairy and hog buildings for working farms around Berne since 1996. Where a general builder hands you a standard plan, they lay the barn out around your equipment, your ventilation, and the way manure has to move through it.
The concrete crew is in house, so footings, pads, and flatwork are handled under one roof rather than waiting on a sub. Most of their work stays inside Adams and Wells counties, close enough that they can be back the next morning if something needs adjusting.
